  Coastal Insulation had an office established in Hammond, LA, which is affiliated with the Slidell office, for several years. During this time they were used by my contractor to install 3 garage doors and two garage door openers in a new home that was built for me in 2009. Since that time, coastal insulation performed routine maintenance on the doors twice. I was satisfied with the response time and work. Moreover, one of the technicians gave me his cell number to call if needed.
  However, within the last 10 months, needed repairs were required on two of the doors which included replacing one of the garage door openers. I called them because they did the original work. Numerous calls were made to the company and I was told each time that someone would contact me to set an appointment for the work needed.
  I continued to call several more times and the person that answered the phone stated again that the request would be forwarded to the technician who worked the area to set an appointment. Never received a call!!
  I called several more times for the same issue, heard the same story, never received a call!! I did this for a period of 7 months and documented each call. Not one person from this company displayed any form of professional courtesy regarding my requests for service. Again and again, no contact whatsoever!!
  The representatives of Coastal Insulation that I dealt with have a blatant disregard for customer service and display disreputable business practices. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This company is the utmost worst company of the type!
